The Heart Behind Grit & Grace

Hello, I’m Robyn Terry, and I am honored to begin this journey with you.

I hold a B.S. in Psychology from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY, and I’m a board-certified Master Mental Health Coach through the IBCC and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

I am a Christian, wife to my husband of 19 years, and mom to two wonderful boys. We also share life with our sweet Great Dane, Daisy—who still insists she’s a lap dog (and maybe she’s right!).

I founded Grit & Grace Coaching with a simple yet profound purpose: to walk alongside my clients through the complexities of life with a trauma‑informed, Christ‑centered lens. This calling grew from deep empathy and a desire for identity renewal—recognizing that true strength is found in the grit we cultivate within ourselves and the grace that carries us forward.

GGC's 3-Pillar Framework

01 / rooted

02 / renewed

03 / released

Stability • Safety • Self‑Awareness
Growth begins with grounding.
In this first pillar, clients build a strong internal foundation by understanding their emotional patterns, strengthening self‑awareness, and creating a sense of safety within themselves.

Healing Patterns • Building Skills • Creating Change
This pillar focuses on transformation through practical tools, mindset shifts, and healthier patterns.
It’s not about revisiting trauma clinically — it’s about equipping you with the skills to move forward differently

Forward Movement • Purpose • Empowered Living
The final pillar is about stepping into your future with intention and confidence.
Here, you integrate what you’ve learned and apply it to your goals, relationships, and long‑term growth.
